Ashley Brunson is the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Brotman Law, where she provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to keep the CEO’s time, priorities, and communications running smoothly. Her role spans calendar and inbox management, meeting coordination, travel logistics, and serving as a key liaison between the CEO, firm leadership, clients, and outside partners.

Ashley works closely with leadership across the firm’s legal operations, administration, finance, HR, and IT functions, regularly coordinating with attorneys, staff, and vendors to keep everything aligned with the CEO’s priorities. She brings a background in administrative and executive support, office management, and operations coordination, with a track record of managing sensitive information with discretion and improving efficiency wherever she goes.

One of Ashley’s standout accomplishments came before Brotman Law, where she served as Co-Chair of the Women in Red Retreat/Conference for six years — planning and executing a multi-day conference that included event coordination, volunteer management, and complex logistics. That experience sharpened the leadership and project management instincts she now brings to supporting executive operations at the firm every day.

Outside the office, Ashley is a proud bass guitarist, a self-proclaimed “certified Disney adult,” and a die-hard Star Wars and Marvel fan. She loves swimming, family vacations, and unwinding with an episode (or ten) of Bob’s Burgers. When she’s not keeping the CEO’s world organized, she’s happiest spending time with family and friends, or simply taking a little time to recharge.
