End User License Agreement

Effective date: April 25, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Brotman Law (“Licensor”) and any individual authorized by Brotman Law to use the Brotman Brain application (“the Application”).

1. License Grant

Licensor grants authorized personnel of Brotman Law a non-exclusive, non-transferable, internal-use license to use the Application solely for Brotman Law’s internal business operations.

2. Restrictions

The Application may not be redistributed, sublicensed, sold, rented, or made available to any party outside Brotman Law. The Application is not offered as a service to third parties.

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Application remain with Brotman Law.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Application is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Brotman Law be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Application.

6. Termination

This Agreement terminates automatically if the user ceases to be authorized personnel of Brotman Law, or upon written notice from Licensor.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
