Michael Gough is the Director of Legal Operations at Brotman Law, where he leads the firm’s production team and oversees cross-functional departments including legal, intake, billing, and marketing. With more than two decades of leadership experience, Mike brings a proven ability to align teams, streamline operations, and drive firm wide initiatives forward with purpose and precision.
Prior to joining Brotman Law, Mike served 21 years in the U.S. Navy, including 16 years in Naval Special Warfare as a Special Warfare Combat Crewman (SWCC). In this elite role, he led teams through high-stakes missions across diverse global environments, gaining expertise in operational planning, contingency strategy, and team development under pressure. His transition into the legal industry has been marked by his continued focus on accountability, mission-driven leadership, and building resilient, high-performing teams.
